  • 6 cl of white cocoa cream liqueur
  • 2 cl of Excelsior coffee
  • 2 cl of Excelsior coffee liqueur
  • 2 cl of Mandara Borsci mandarin liqueur
  • 4 cl of fresh cream
  • Chocolate shavings to garnish
  • Excelsior coffee powder to garnish
  • Excelsior coffee bean to garnish
  • Ice to taste


Glass: cocktail glass

Equipment: shaker

Cover the inner part of the glass with Excelsior coffee liqueur and then with some Excelsior coffee powder.

Pour into the glass the white cocoa cream liqueur and then a little bit of Excelsior coffee liqueur that will settle on the bottom.

Pour into a shaker: coffee, remaining coffee liqueur, Mandara Borsci liqueur and ice cubes. Shake and pour into the glass with the help of a teaspoon.

Pour the fresh cream

Garnish with chocolate shavings and a coffee bean in the center. Finishing touch, with a toothpick draw some rays with the chocolate starting from the center to the edges of the glass.
