Ingredienti

  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 6 cl of Excelsior coffee
  • 3 cl of cognac
  • 1 cl of anisette (or Cointreau)
  • 4 cl of fresh cream

Preparazione

Stir the sugar with the liqueurs in the balloon, pour in the coffee, warm up for a few seconds with the steam wand of the coffee machine, as a finishing touch add the fresh cream. Garnish to taste with shaved mint chocolate.
