  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 6 cl of Excelsior coffee
  • 1 cl of Vodka Dry
  • 5 cl of Excelsior coffee liqueur
  • 4 cl of fresh cream


Glass: balloon / snifter (cognac glass)

Pour into the balloon: sugar, liqueurs and coffee, warm up for a few seconds with the steam wand of the coffee machine, layer on top a spoonful of fresh cream that will remain on top.
To make your coffee look even better lay on top of the cream a piece of concave chocolate in which you can pour a few drops of Excelsior coffee liqueur.
After 40 seconds it will create a marvelous effect as the thin chocolate layer will melt and the cream will flow out from within…
