Ingredienti

  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 6 cl of Excelsior coffee
  • 2 cl of Ouzo (Greek anise aperitif)
  • 2 cl of Metaxa (Greek brandy)
  • 4 cl of fresh cream

 

Glass: balloon / snifter (cognac glass)

Preparazione

Stir the sugar with the liqueurs in the balloon, pour in the coffee, warm up for a few seconds with the steam wand of the coffee machine, as a finishing touch add the fresh cream.
